Robert Napolilli, CEO
With a 30+ year career in Crisis Prevention and Non-Profit work within the IDD (Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities) Community, Bob combines his industry knowledge and personal experience to serve families and individuals at The Council. Bob is inspired by his son, Robby who has IDD and who is a constant source of joy. He is also inspired by his wife, Karen who, in addition to being a compassionate, caring wife and mother, is also a tireless advocate.

Kelsey Edwards, Program Development Manager
Kelsey is a Louisville native, recently moving back to her Kentucky roots from Maryland. She is a mother of 2 sons on the autism spectrum and has a wealth of knowledge to offer the IDD community.
