Needs Assessment

We have created a needs assessment to better understand what is currently happening in the IDD community. The Council is asking for your help! If you are an individual that has IDD or are a parent or caregiver of an individual with IDD, please consider taking this survey. This allows The Council to create programming and seek relevant presentations to aid in the lives of our family and friends. We are so grateful that you are a part of the heart and appreciate you taking the time to help The Council serve the community!
